The Fallacy of the Push-off in Running
This is the first ever podcast of TracyPealSpeed, which is a coaching service dedicated to teaching athletes how to move efficiently, increase speed and improve endurance, by emphasizing the proper hierarchical relationship of all forces interacting during activity. We help our athletes understand how the body moves and propels itself, developing his or her ability to sustain maximum effort with minimal energy cost. In this podcast, we identify why runners feel the need to push-off to propel themselves forward.
